Sales Team Manager – Staffordshire

This is a newly created position for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join a highly respected company in the Staffordshire area in the home improvement retail market in the sale of windows, doors and conservatory products.  The Sales Team Manager will head up a team selling high end products to a discerning customer base. This is an ideal position for someone with experience in a similar role and has the desire and drive to grow the team and the company over a period of time.   Experience in the window and door industry is preferable but more important is a strong track record in high end retail sales.

The Sales Team Manager will be based at the company’s Head Office in Staffordshire, part of the Senior Management Team and supported by two admin staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct managing of a sales team of 5
  • Sales targets and performance
  • Creating, developing and delivering advertising campaigns and budgets
  • Monitoring and evaluating advertising performance and response
  • Developing advertising strategy
  • Management and presentation of showrooms

  • You have experience of budget management
  • You can build a successful advertising campaign and take learnings to continually improve and build results
