Exciting sales position in the South West of England with one of the UK’s leading suppliers of window and door hardware and mechanical ventilation systems.
The company is renowned for the technical design and quality of its products backed up by outstanding customer service.
The successful applicant will report to the General Manager and will work closely with the technical and customer services teams. Duties will include
- Increasing the turnover of the extensive product range including tilt and turn hardware, sliding door hardware, electromechanical products and mechanical ventilation systems.
- Working in partnership with existing distributors to gain new business, demonstrating the latest technology of window and door hardware systems.
- Working with testing houses and systems companies to gain accreditation.
- Liaising with architects and specifiers to ensure product compatibility and developing good working relationships.
General knowledge of the window and door industry is essential, though extensive knowledge of hardware is not as full product training will be given. More important is that the candidate can communicate at all levels and develop strong business relationships.
